2. Orders, Pricing, and Availability

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Product descriptions, colors, and sizes are provided as accurately as possible; however, minor variations may occur. Prices are displayed in the applicable currency and may be subject to change without notice. Any applicable taxes, duties, or shipping fees will be disclosed at checkout where required.

NuitFolds reserves the right to correct any pricing or typographical errors and to cancel or adjust orders affected by such errors. If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, a refund will be issued in accordance with the refund policy set out below.

3. Intellectual Property Protection

All content made available through the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, photographs, and software, is the property of NuitFolds or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright and trademark laws.

5. Refund Policy

NuitFolds is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund in accordance with the following terms:

• Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery by contacting [email protected].
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation, must be provided with the request.
• Certain items, including final-sale products and intimate apparel, may not be eligible for return unless defective.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal actions or proceedings arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
